“When a friend told me that he had discovered a plumber who had many years of experience with hydronic heating systems who had recently moved from the UK, I decided I needed to check him out. I got Paul to fix a few small things with our tank water supply system and when I saw him use a pressure gauge to make a measurement so that the bladder tank was set up correctly, I was won over. Paul has subsequently decommissioned our wood fired boiler and installed two hydronic heat pumps to take its place.
